What can be returned or exchanged

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is:

• Unworn
• In its original condition
• Sent back with all its packaging

For hygiene reasons, earrings and ear cuffs can't be returned or exchanged.

Cost

• Exchanges within Kuwait are free.
• Returns within Kuwait have a 2 KD fee.

If your order arrives damaged

Email info@caparicajewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and a replacement will be arranged at no cost to you.

How to start

Email info@caparicajewelry.com with your order number and the piece you'd like to return or exchange.

Pieces that show signs of wear, damage or alteration can't be accepted.
