RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Conditions

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn
• In its original condition
• Returned with all packaging and tags

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, earrings and ear cuffs are not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale items are final.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and images.
We will arrange a replacement accordingly.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return shipping is arranged by the customer.

Within Kuwait:

• Exchanges are complimentary
• Returns are subject to a 2 KD fee

International orders:

• Return shipping costs are not covered
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

In the case of a defective item, all associated costs will be covered.

GENERAL TERMS

Caparica reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the stated conditions.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
