Measure a ring you already own
Measure the inside of a ring that fits you well, edge to edge, in millimetres. Find the closest diameter in the chart.
Or measure your finger
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it meets, and measure the length in millimetres. Find the closest circumference in the chart.

Between two sizes? Choose the larger one. Pinky rings come in sizes 3 to 5, and rings marked adjustable fit most fingers.
