Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is:

• Unworn
• In its original condition
• Sent back with all its packaging

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, earrings and ear cuffs can't be returned or exchanged.

Cost

• Exchanges within Kuwait are free.
• Returns within Kuwait have a 2 KD fee.
• Return delivery is arranged by the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned piece arrives and is checked, the refund goes back to the original payment method, minus the 2 KD return fee. Delivery charges are not refunded.

Damaged or faulty pieces

If your order arrives damaged, email info@caparicajewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. A replacement will be arranged at no cost to you.

General terms

Caparica may decline a return that doesn't meet the conditions above. Pieces that show signs of wear, damage or alteration can't be accepted.
