About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on caparicajewelry.com. Placing an order means accepting them, together with the Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.
Products
- Pieces are 18K gold plated or rhodium plated. Photos show each piece as closely as possible; colour can look slightly different on each screen.
- Sizes and measurements are listed in each product's Details section.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Kuwaiti dinars (KD).
- Payment is taken at checkout by KNET or card. An order is confirmed once payment goes through.
- If a price or item is listed by mistake, Caparica may cancel the order and refund it in full.
Orders and stock
- Every order is subject to availability. If a piece is no longer available after payment, the customer is contacted and the amount is refunded in full.
Delivery
Delivery is within Kuwait only, as described in the Shipping policy.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges follow the Refund policy.
Use of the site
All photos, designs, names and text on this site belong to Caparica and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page at the time of an order applies to that order.
